The Council of the Borough of Portsmouth (1914)
The following is transcribed from the Council Year Books which do not include any details of elections. Some additional information is drawn from "The Records of the Corporation" by William Gates. Due to wartime regulations all elections were suspended though vacancies in the ranks of Councillors and Aldermen were filled on election by the Council.
